Subsidiary of Bassadone, Nordic Automotive Services Oy, will take over Nissan imports in Finland.

Includes both vehicles and spare parts.

Business transfer planned for April 2025.

Nissan and Bassadone Automotive Nordic have announced an agreement to transfer Nissan's import operations in Finland to Nordic Automotive Services Oy, a subsidiary of Bassadone Automotive Nordic. Currently, Nissan imports in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are already managed by Nordic Automotive Services.

Preparations for the business transfer will begin immediately, with the transition scheduled for April 2025. The agreement includes the transfer of Nissan Finland’s personnel to the Bassadone Group. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.

" After a very smooth and successful takeover of Nissan Baltic operations, we are more than delighted to extend our partnership with Nissan also to Finnish market. Nissan is a highly respected and strongly positioned brand in Finland and we are committed to continue to develop both the Nissan brand and its market position.

We are more than enthusiastic to start working in Finland together with current Nissan dealers. I feel honored to have this opportunity to make even stronger partnership with Nissan once we know that we have the full support of Charbel Abi Ghanem and his whole Nissan team," said Antti Ruhanen, CEO of Bassadone Automotive Nordic.

Charbel Abi Ghanem, Vice President, Nissan Independent Markets Europe, commented: “We remain fully committed to Finland. Bassadone Automotive Nordic Oy, who already successfully operates Nissan’s business in the Baltic states, has over two decades of experience within Nordic markets and I look forward to working with them to continue evolving our brand there and bringing even more value to our customers.”

Heikki Vuorinen, CEO of Nordic Automotive Services, added:
"We are thrilled to welcome Nissan's experienced team to Bassadone to continue their excellent work in enhancing sales and customer experience. The same applies to Nissan's dealer network. It is exciting to deepen cooperation with such professional dealers, and I am confident the import transfer will be smooth and seamless."
